How do I categorize my Contacts?

The best way to categorize your contacts is to use contact types

To Add Contact Types

  1. Go to your Contacts ModuleSettings on the top navigation
  2. In settings, Click Contact Types on the left side bar
  3. Click + next to Contact Types on the page (You can add as many contact types as your organization needs.)

To Delete a Contact Type

  1. Click the action button (•••) next to the type you would like to delete
  2. Click Delete and then Save your updates
