How do I stop a scheduled email or social post?
We all hit schedule and then realize we want to make a change. Don't worry, it's possible to edit or post once it is scheduled.
- Click the scheduled post on your calendar. You can do this on the main dashboard or the respective modules
- Hit the Pause and Edit button on the right
From here, you can make any changes and resume the email. If you want to delete the email, click the action button (•••) → Delete Campaign. You can only delete a campaign if it is a draft.
