  1. Select Forms on the left side panel.
  2. Select Settings at the top < Select Form Submission Statuses.
  3. Click the + to add a description(s) you want to be listed as an option for your form status. Click Save.

  4. Once statuses are set, click Submissions at the top toolbar.
  5. To update the status of a particular form submission, click … next to the contact’s email address. 

  6. You can then update the submission status with the options you have provided.
