Why can’t I add my social media account to DirectLync?


DirectLync allows you to link your Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, & Instagram accounts to our social media scheduler. Here are a few reasons you may be having trouble connecting your social media accounts to DirectLync:

  • Your Instagram is not set up as a business account. Learn how to set up your Instagram business account here.
  • You don’t have a Facebook business page (not to be confused with a regular account). Learn how to make your Facebook page a business page here.
  • You are not an admin of the associated Facebook business page. Learn how to get added as an admin here.
  • You don’t have a LinkedIn company page. Learn how to make a LinkedIn company page.
  • You’re using an incorrect password.
