What is the difference between contacts, organizations, and groups?

Contacts: a contact is a current customer or a prospective customer. Contact records hold information specific to that person.

Organizations: These are the companies where your contacts work. Organizations hold information specific to a business.

Groups: Contact Groups in DirectLync are the lists where your contacts live. Groups allow you to segment individuals according to the demographics that matter most to you.
