How Do I Add a Child Group?

What is a Child Group?

A child group is a sub-group. Child groups allow you to get even more granular with your categorizations. For example, perhaps you want to see contacts that subscribed to your newsletter, but also which ones subscribe via email verse a form in-store.

To Add a Child Group

  1. In your Contacts Module, click Groups
  2. Next to the group where you want to add a child group, click the action button (•••)
  3. Select Add Child Group
  4. Type the name of your new child group and click Save
