How do I schedule a new Activity?

Activity allows you to track all relevant information and communication with a single contact. You are able to add any correspondence (visit, phone call, email), task, or meeting as an activity on a contact record.

To add a new activity:

  1. Head to your CRM Module → Contacts
  2. Search for a contacts name and click on that contact
  3. Select Activity on the contact navigation
  4. On the top left, you will see an Add New button in blue
  5. Click Add New and select your activity
  6. Fill in the appropriate details → Save

To delete an activity:

  1. Head to your CRM Module → Contacts
  2. Search for a contacts name and click on that contact
  3. Select Activity on the contact navigation
  4. Find the activity you would like to delete
  5. Click (•••) → Delete Correspondence
  6. Select Delete
