How do I schedule a new Activity?
Activity allows you to track all relevant information and communication with a single contact. You are able to add any correspondence (visit, phone call, email), task, or meeting as an activity on a contact record.
To add a new activity:
- Head to your CRM Module → Contacts
- Search for a contacts name and click on that contact
- Select Activity on the contact navigation
- On the top left, you will see an Add New button in blue
- Click Add New and select your activity
- Fill in the appropriate details → Save
To delete an activity:
- Head to your CRM Module → Contacts
- Search for a contacts name and click on that contact
- Select Activity on the contact navigation
- Find the activity you would like to delete
- Click (•••) → Delete Correspondence
- Select Delete
