What is a Gallery in DirectLync?
A gallery is a grouping of images on your website. You can add images to each gallery within your DirectLync built website.
*You will only be able to see a Website CMS module in your DirectLync account if you have a DirectLync built website.
How do I add to a gallery?
Below are the steps to add a gallery in your DirectLync account.
1. Head to the Website CMS module.
2. Select the Galleries sub-category.
3. On the top navigation bar, select the + next to Galleries to add a new gallery of images.
4. When creating your gallery, add all the basic information required – description, details, default image type, website location, and website template path.
5. Select Save.
How do I add images into a gallery?
1. Head to the Website CMS module.
2. Select the Galleries sub-category.
3. On the top navigation bar, select Galleries.
4. Choose the gallery that will include your new images.
5. Once selected, in the top right corner, choose Add Images.
6. A pop up will appear where you can either Upload Image or Select from Vault.
If you choose Upload Image, you can select an image or a bulk of images (you can upload up to 20 files at a time, depending on file size and internet speed) from your computer.
If you choose Select from Vault, you will be directed to select an image or a bulk of images from all of your previous uploaded images in your DirectLync account.

*The limits for the files are no larger than 9mb or dimensions greater than 10,000 px.
*You can reorder your images in your gallery by dragging and dropping them to your specific order. It will automatically save after you move the images.
How do I delete an image from a gallery?
1. Head to the Website CMS module.
2. Select the Galleries sub-category.
3. On the top navigation bar, select Galleries.
4. Choose the gallery that includes the images you want to delete.
5. Select the image or image that you want to delete.
6. You will see how many images you have selected on the top of the page with a trash can next to it. Select the trash can.
7. Choose Delete.
How do I delete a gallery?

2. Find the gallery on the galleries page that you want to delete.
3. On the right side of the gallery, click the •••.
4. Once selected, the option to Delete Gallery will pop up.
5. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the gallery. If yes, select Delete.
6. It will automatically save.
How do I add a category?
A category will help users quickly find content related to a specific topic. To add a category, follow the steps below.
1. Head to the Website CMS module.
2. Select the Galleries sub-category.
3. On the top navigation bar, select the + next to add a category.
4. Enter a name for the category and select Save to continue.
5. Next, on the left navigation bar, select Image Galleries.
6. Here is where you can assign the Image Galleries to a Category and select Save.
How do I delete a category?
1. Head to the Website CMS module.
2. Find the category on the category page you want to delete.
3. On the right side of the category, click the •••.
4. Once selected, the option to Delete Category will pop up.
5. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete the category. If yes, select Delete.
6. It will automatically save.
What is an Image Vault?
An image vault is a folder in DirectLync that keeps all of your previously uploaded images together. Below are the steps to adding, deleting, and editing images into your vault.
Add:
1. Select the Add Images button in the top right corner.
2. Upload an image or a bulk of images (you can upload up to 20 files at a time, depending on file size and internet speed) from your computer.
3. Once you select the images you want to upload, select Choose.
Delete:
1. Select the image or images that you want to delete.
2. You will see how many images you have selected on the top of the page with a trash can next to it. Select the trash can.
3. Choose Delete.
OR
1. If you are deleting a single image, if you hover your mouse over the image, select the •••.
2. Select Delete Image, which will ask if you are sure you want to delete the image.
3. Select Delete.
Edit:
1. Hover your mouse over the image, select the •••.
2. Select the Edit Image.
3. Here you can change the name of your Image.
4. Select Save.
